Scenario dispositions (T01 to T40, DG01 to DG44)

Work package R4. Every 1.3 scenario keeps its ID and its Given, When, Then, Evidence and Decision text verbatim as history. Each now carries a Disposition under GGA block (added around that text, so the legacy checks that compare the source wording still hold). Where the Blueprint and 1.3 differ the Blueprint governs; where only 1.3 speaks the scenario is Parked and stays a Proposed carry-forward with the label no GGA feedback received. Vocabulary matches the decision dispositions in Decision-Index.

The Blueprint has no per-client service catalogue or per-service charge. The only charge is the voluntary annual contribution after recognised value and explicit opt-in (pp. 1, 8). Scenarios about paid services are therefore Superseded or Reframed to the nearest Blueprint behaviour; their lessons are carried into the GS scenarios listed.

What each change says

Details are in the Disposition under GGA block of each scenario note and are not repeated here, except for the Parked rows below, which share one reason.

Parked (no GGA feedback)

  • T03: Company-admin visibility of colleagues’ work has no GGA feedback. Existing owners approve colleague invitations; finer company roles stay a Proposed carry-forward.
  • T09: Open direct messaging is deferred and the Blueprint has no private-question flow. The 1.3 private question stays a Proposed carry-forward; no oracle is invented.
  • T12: No GGA feedback on questions becoming discussions; the pitch and consent flow replaces the path to an introduction.
  • T29: Next actions between participants have no GGA feedback; reminders and operations tasks exist in GS13 and GS20.
  • DG12: Conflicted-staff exclusion has no GGA feedback. Partners disclose separate commercial terms; operations decides partner criteria (GL06).
  • DG18: No GGA complaint route is described. Exceptions go to the operations queues; classification stays a Proposed carry-forward.
  • DG29: First-offer advice has no GGA feedback. AI drafting is covered by GS19; DG29 stays a Proposed carry-forward.
  • DG30: Advisory completion and quality complaint have no GGA feedback.
  • DG36: No GGA feedback on tradeshow or news items; a general feed is deferred.
  • DG41: Automatic LinkedIn publishing is deferred; reach reporting has no GGA feedback.
  • DG43: A complaint process has no GGA feedback; exceptions use the operations queues.

Mixed manual and software evidence under GGA

Mixed-Evidence-Disposition linked sixteen service scenarios to software tests. Under GGA most of the manual service procedures are Superseded or Parked, so the mixed split is re-pointed rather than lost: the software assertion survives in the GS scenario named below; the manual part survives only where the scenario is Parked as a Proposed carry-forward. A manual receipt still never marks a software scenario complete, and a software scenario is Passed only on a named integrated build and fixture.

Open items

  • Parked scenarios wait for answers to GQ04-staged (questions, discussions, next actions) or have no open question; they are not assigned an oracle.
  • Assertions marked Blocked in a GS scenario wait for the named GL or GQ decision. See GGA-Scenario-Index.
  • The legacy validator and the 1.3 index, traceability matrix, step notes and dependency table still describe 84 scenarios and 1.3 gates. They are rewritten in R5 and R7, not here.
