Given
A published listing with one pitch already submitted. A second listing nears expiry.
When
Make a material amendment to the live listing; let the other expire; pause and close each; try to submit a new pitch through the API directly; the owner reconfirms the expired listing.
Then / oracle
A material amendment pauses the affected listing until it is re-approved. Expired, paused, closed and rejected listings block new pitches independently in the API, not only in the interface. An expiry check removes expired offers from active projections and notifies the owner. Reopening requires review and a new expiry.
Evidence required
API refusals per state; projection contents before and after; owner notification records.
Decision dependency
- GQ06-staged: Whether reconfirming an expired listing needs a fresh review is open; the review-on-reconfirm assertion is Blocked by GQ06
- GQ07-staged: What happens to pitches already submitted when a listing is paused is open; that assertion is Blocked by GQ07
Where a decision is pending, the dependent assertion is Blocked by that decision and no oracle is invented. A proposed default is a configuration value, not a promise. This note is a specification: it is Passed only on a named integrated build and fixture.
