Given
A company already exists with an active owner. A new user with a verified work email on the same domain registers. A second user is invited by the owner. A third user attempts to join a disputed company. Marketing permission is offered separately.
When
Register the same-domain user; send, expire and accept an owner-issued invitation; attempt a duplicate company; raise an ownership dispute.
Then / oracle
A matching email domain never grants access to an existing company. Only an owner-issued, unexpired invitation adds a colleague. Duplicate-company support does not reveal existing members. A disputed ownership goes to operations. Operational notifications and marketing permission are separate records.
Evidence required
Membership rows before and after each step; invitation expiry; responses compared for existing and non-existing companies to show no member disclosure.
Decision dependency
- GQ03-staged: Whether one user may hold several memberships, and which finer company roles exist, stays open; the default of one selected company context per session is a proposed default
Where a decision is pending, the dependent assertion is Blocked by that decision and no oracle is invented. A proposed default is a configuration value, not a promise. This note is a specification: it is Passed only on a named integrated build and fixture.
