Disposition under GGA (R6)

Historical record about the 1.3 proposal, written before the GGA documents arrived. It is preserved verbatim below and is not GGA approval, policy or an oracle. Where it disagrees with the GGA documents (see GGA-Source-Digest), the GGA documents govern (Vault-Update-Plan section 9, N1 and N2). “DG” in the text below means GGA. Current dispositions: Decision-Index-staged, Scenario-Dispositions-staged.

Final consolidation verdict

Accepted for INTERNAL reference-vault handoff, after verification of R01–R08 and F01–F04. This verdict concerns consolidation and programming-handoff documentation only. It does not approve the business scope, DG policies, fees, schedule, services, implementation, application tests or launch.

Builder: Golu (agent 22b17a299d93). Reviewer and final packager: Golu (workspace agent 0feb059240ac). Independence is limited: a different agent from the builder, but involved in the original TDD baseline and workshop coordination. This is not an external audit. Kedar has not performed this review or approved its findings; DG decisions remain pending.

Final correction verification

  • F01: step prerequisites distinguish overall start conditions, policy-independent scaffolding and decision-dependent behavior. Unapproved suggested defaults are not authority to implement the dependent production rule.
  • F02: T37/T38 foundation work is limited to configuration/harness subsets, with the actual identity, revocation, administrator, worker and operations checks deferred to their required components and integrated recheck.
  • F03: purely manual service rehearsals use an approved procedure/charter revision, consent-template revision, synthetic fixture, staff roles, date and observed result. They do not require an application build and are not software payment gates. Mixed boundary checks retain links to software evidence.
  • F04: the dependency table now uses future eligibility wording, retains current Not executed status and removes the duplicate Step 11 status text.

Evidence personally checked

The reviewed candidate ZIP checksum is recorded above. I extracted that candidate and ran the shipped offline validator and all three corruption self-tests. Its document checks reported no failures: 253 files, 2,162 note links, 171 Markdown file-link matches and 58 inventory rows. The deliberate source-byte corruption, missing decision note and false scenario status were each detected. Those counts describe the candidate before this final verdict and final review-record updates were added; the current archive’s counts are in 99-Validation/Validation-Results.md.

I independently compared all 84 scenario Given/When/Then/Evidence/Decision bodies against the source data; all were preserved. All 46 entries in the original current TDD source bundle matched their vault copies byte-for-byte. Both prior reviewer notes were included unchanged. I separately recomputed every source-inventory hash and size, with no mismatch, and checked path-bearing note links. Q01–Q25 remain pending, and all 84 scenarios remain Not executed.

The original architecture, options, provisional schedule, TDD, exchanges and missing project references had already been compared during the preceding reviews. The final corrections did not change those source records. The preserved original review and correction-verification notes document earlier findings and their limits.

Final packaging and residual limitations

After this verdict, the reviewer adds this note, completes the review records, and reruns structural validation and corruption self-tests on the extracted final ZIP. This packaging action is not an additional design iteration, policy choice or application execution. The source inventory excludes its own file; the archive’s hash is computed outside the ZIP.

The complete archive is an INTERNAL working vault for Kedar and the delivery team, not a DG-ready or redacted distribution. A client export requires a separate reviewed selection, including archived and duplicate material. Historical room links inside verbatim exchanges remain online-only; local notes and attachments are available offline. No external-link availability or Obsidian graphical rendering test is claimed. The shipped validator is runnable offline with Python 3; the builder script is provenance only and is not demonstrated to rebuild offline.

The 12-step implementation sequence is a proposed programming specification, not implementation authorization or a final physical schema. Resolve the applicable decisions and agreed start conditions before dependent development. No application or service scenario has been executed, no invitations or promotions were sent, and no claim of DG/client approval is made.
