Disposition under GGA (R6)
Historical record about the 1.3 proposal, written before the GGA documents arrived. It is preserved verbatim below and is not GGA approval, policy or an oracle. Where it disagrees with the GGA documents (see GGA-Source-Digest), the GGA documents govern (Vault-Update-Plan section 9, N1 and N2). “DG” in the text below means GGA. Supersession
- Opening and round-1 DG service rules about opaque-ID outreach, default DG thread participation, B authorising A’s reply disclosure and waiting for admin verification before a protective pause are historical; the corrected annex controls (Round-DG-Service-2-DG-Verdict).
- Round-Extension-DG-Reply-v1-HISTORICAL is superseded by Round-Extension-DG-Reply-v2 on revealing a decline, limiting quality complaints, saying a purchased DG session is not owed, and claiming takedown before evidence.
- The lifecycle matrix accepted in the A/B workshop corrected an earlier broad freeze that conflicted with scoped A07 (Workshop-Publisher-and-Respondent).
- The tier-estimate and schedule corrections are recorded in Delivery-Options-Comparison and Provisional-Schedule.
An agreement between design agents is a recommendation, never DG policy. A later thread-message summary must not be read as an approval.
Final handoff verdict: Final-Consolidation-Verdict. Earlier requests for corrections are preserved as historical review records, not current outstanding tasks.

Every note listed above is a historical record about the 1.3 proposal and carries a Disposition under GGA banner. Nothing in this folder is GGA approval, and none of it settles a GGA decision.

The three workshops and the DG-service and extension rounds argued the per-client paid-service model; the GGA Blueprint replaces it with a voluntary annual contribution (pp. 1, 8), so their paid-service conclusions are Superseded by the GGA model. Their publisher/respondent, invitation and visibility reasoning is a Proposed carry-forward where the GGA documents are silent (no GGA feedback received). No new exchange with GGA has taken place; owner direction N1 to N8 is recorded in Vault-Update-Plan section 9.
