Given
A registered participant in a different timezone. An occurrence is later changed, then another is cancelled.
When
Register; receive confirmation and calendar file; trigger the proposed 24-hour and 1-hour reminders; change the time; cancel an occurrence.
Then / oracle
Confirmation, calendar file and reminders use the current occurrence version and the user’s timezone. A change cancels obsolete jobs and issues a clear replacement notice. A cancelled occurrence sends no reminders but notifies registered participants. Recordings and speaker material are published only with permission and are not a condition of participation.
Evidence required
Job rows by occurrence version; rendered times; absence of reminders for the cancelled occurrence.
Decision dependency
None. The rule is stated in the Blueprint page cited above.
Where a decision is pending, the dependent assertion is Blocked by that decision and no oracle is invented. A proposed default is a configuration value, not a promise. This note is a specification: it is Passed only on a named integrated build and fixture.
