Given
A company data record with profile, files, search or projection entries and a backup. A correction, an export and a deletion request.
When
Raise each request through the GGA-owned workflow; run a restore afterward; export the essential business records.
Then / oracle
Each request is handled through a workflow owned by GGA. Deletion covers files, indexes, caches and the handling of future restores. The owner can export the essential business records in a documented format (part of the definition of ready to pilot). Retention is configured by record type and temporary uploads and grants expire.
Evidence required
Request records; before and after checks of files, indexes and a restored copy; documented export format.
Decision dependency
- GL04-staged: Retention periods, the withdrawal path and deletion ownership are GGA data-owner decisions. Blocked by GL04: no retention figure is used as an oracle
- GL07-staged: Blocked by GL07: hosting region and cross-border sharing arrangements are pending GGA approval and no region is assumed
Where a decision is pending, the dependent assertion is Blocked by that decision and no oracle is invented. A proposed default is a configuration value, not a promise. This note is a specification: it is Passed only on a named integrated build and fixture.
