Given
A company confirms its profile at a controlled clock time. Reminder jobs exist for the due date and the grace points. The scheduled job is disabled in one run.
When
Advance the clock to the due date and the configured reminder and grace-end points (proposed defaults: grace days 7 and 13, grace end at due plus 14 days). Then submit a valid no-change attestation. Repeat with an independent review hold in place.
Then / oracle
Reminders are sent once per company, attestation cycle and reminder type. At the configured end of the grace period (due plus 14 days under the proposed defaults) new detailed access pauses even though the job did not run. A valid attestation, including a no-change confirmation, restores access immediately and resets the clock, unless an independent hold remains. A fresh confirmation stops old-cycle jobs.
Evidence required
Clock-controlled run with the job disabled; reminder records keyed by cycle; access result at each boundary.
Decision dependency
- GL03-staged: Blocked by GL03: the 30-day, 14-day grace and reminder-day values are proposed defaults to be made configurable and recorded by GGA operations; the oracle is parameterised by the recorded values, not fixed numbers
Where a decision is pending, the dependent assertion is Blocked by that decision and no oracle is invented. A proposed default is a configuration value, not a promise. This note is a specification: it is Passed only on a named integrated build and fixture.
