Given
A company with a recognised, company-confirmed outcome. A finance user and an authorised company owner exist.
When
The owner confirms value and opts in to a versioned offer; finance approves bill-to and total and issues the invoice; a bank receipt is reconciled; the term later nears expiry.
Then / oracle
Terms version, amount, approved tax treatment and period basis are shown before consent. An opt-in creates a finance task; no invoice exists before it. One dated 12-calendar-month term starts from the settlement date, shown with exact dates. Expiry neither auto-charges nor removes eligibility; renewal needs a fresh decision, requested before the term ends. Declining or deferring leaves data-based eligibility unchanged.
Evidence required
Records at each step with actors; term row; absence of any automatic charge after expiry.
Decision dependency
- GL05-staged: Amount, tax, invoicing entity, settlement and refund handling are for GGA finance
Where a decision is pending, the dependent assertion is Blocked by that decision and no oracle is invented. A proposed default is a configuration value, not a promise. This note is a specification: it is Passed only on a named integrated build and fixture.
