AUDIENCE — INTERNAL working vault for Kedar and the delivery team. This is not a DG-ready distribution and no part of it is claimed client-safe or redacted. It contains internal effort estimates, historical negotiation notes, source code, duplicate attachments and verbatim agent exchanges. A future DG-facing export would need a separate, reviewed selection with repaired links; deleting a few named notes would not be enough.
DG Partnership Exchange — consolidated vault
One Obsidian vault for the proposed Balanced DG Partnership Exchange: architecture, journeys, permissions, DG paid services, step-by-step programming specifications, all 84 scenarios, decisions Q01–Q25, the commercial and schedule options, every actual agent exchange and review record, and the original source documents.
Consolidation review complete
Builder and reviewer records are included. The reviewer verified the final corrections and accepted this INTERNAL reference-vault handoff, not DG policies or an application. See Final-Consolidation-Verdict and Vault-Review-Record.

How to use it
- Extract the whole ZIP and open the folder as a vault. Links are local; no plugin is needed.
- Read Status-and-Honesty and Scope-Balanced-Manual-Additional first.
- Build order is in Implementation-Order-Overview. Each step lists the scenarios to write first (TDD), the decisions that block it and its exit gate.
- Every scenario is a note (Scenario-Index); every pending decision is a note (Decision-Index). IDs never change.
