Pause or close while C submits new interest; repeat from a saved detail URL.
Then / oracle
At serialised commit gate, pause/close blocks new interest and new question threads. Existing authorised pre-acceptance threads and accepted discussions remain readable/writable by both parties under proposed A07-aligned rule. Saved URLs cannot bypass current lifecycle or access checks.
Evidence required
Both lifecycle/submit orderings; zero denied EOI/events; existing AB replies succeed while C remains denied.
