Given
A profile with supplied evidence links, one reviewed by operations, and a merely complete profile.
When
View each as the owner and as another member; review a listing; read the labels.
Then / oracle
Supplied evidence and GGA-checked evidence are distinguished with source and review status. A merely complete profile is not labelled verified. Publication review is described as a check for completeness, authority to publish and obvious inconsistencies, not independent verification or a guarantee of commercial success. Ownership changes, contradictory claims and suspicious evidence are flagged for review.
Evidence required
Label text per state; review flag records.
Decision dependency
None. The rule is stated in the Blueprint page cited above.
Where a decision is pending, the dependent assertion is Blocked by that decision and no oracle is invented. A proposed default is a configuration value, not a promise. This note is a specification: it is Passed only on a named integrated build and fixture.
