Given
A published listing is later expired, paused, closed or withdrawn from publication. The listing URL has been shared outside the portal.
When
Open the original URL as a visitor and as an eligible member; call the public API for the same listing; check caches after withdrawal.
Then / oracle
The original URL shows a non-sensitive unavailable notice. The listing is absent from active discovery and from the public projection; approved projections are invalidated on withdrawal. Copies already shared publicly are not claimed to be recalled.
Evidence required
Before and after captures of the URL, API and cache for each state; invalidation record; the notice text contains no listing detail.
Decision dependency
None. The rule is stated in the Blueprint page cited above.
Where a decision is pending, the dependent assertion is Blocked by that decision and no oracle is invented. A proposed default is a configuration value, not a promise. This note is a specification: it is Passed only on a named integrated build and fixture.
