Disposition under GGA (R6)

The GGA Blueprint has no per-client paid-service catalogue or per-service charge; the only charge is the voluntary annual contribution after recognised value and explicit opt-in (pp. 1, 8). Under the owner direction N2 this track is Superseded by the GGA model where the GGA documents replace it and Parked, no GGA feedback received where they are silent (Vault-Update-Plan section 9). “DG” in the text below means GGA; IDs never change.

Note disposition. Reframed, Retained (scenario by scenario, above). Where a scenario is Superseded or Reframed, use the replacing GS scenario, not this note, as the oracle.

Consent purposes are separate

Invitation, own intake, company membership, evidence review, draft feedback, newsletter subscription, group attendance and recording, introduction, and each public placement are distinct purposes. Portal approval never grants newsletter or social publicity consent. One owner’s blanket release does not cover other people or companies.

  • Withdrawal is specific to a purpose; confirm which permission is affected and do not silently cancel the others (DG42).
  • Before each disclosure, staff recheck actor authority, exact recipient/fields/purpose, expiry and any hold (DG11).
  • A protective hold is not a company instruction; only a verified authorised representative can change durable consent (DG10, Q14).
  • Already sent or viewed information cannot be recalled.
