Given
The first-release build. Nothing about open messaging, native apps, a social feed, deal negotiation, complex recommendation models, accounting, automatic LinkedIn publishing, WhatsApp automation or AI matching is enabled.
When
Walk every route, job and configuration for those features; remove optional channels and adapters.
Then / oracle
None of the deferred features exists as a hidden route, job or default setting. The core member journey does not depend on any optional channel or adapter. Proposing one of them is a scoped change request, not a silent addition. This continues the 1.3 scope guards (DG24, DG44, T24).
Evidence required
Route and job inventory; configuration register; adapters disabled in the run.
Decision dependency
None. The rule is stated in the Blueprint page cited above.
Where a decision is pending, the dependent assertion is Blocked by that decision and no oracle is invented. A proposed default is a configuration value, not a promise. This note is a specification: it is Passed only on a named integrated build and fixture.
