Status. Proposed design only. Nothing in this vault is GGA client approval. The GGA client documents are supplied drafts: see GGA-Source-Digest. No application, service or test has been executed; every scenario is Not executed. Delivery fees and dates are open.
Dependency and regression table
Every scenario keeps its stable ID and one primary step (an index). This table shows which assertions can be written or run early, and which later components must exist before the full scenario can be exercised. “Builds on earlier steps” lists prerequisites that precede the primary step; “Needs later steps” lists components built after it, which are the deferred integration checks of the primary step. For legacy scenarios both cells are the union over their replacing GS scenarios (Scenario-Dispositions); the 1.3 table that this replaces assigned steps from the old architecture and is kept as git history (tag vault-rev-1.3). It does not claim any test has run.

Regression rule
When a later step adds routes, jobs or screens, rerun the isolation matrix (GS17-staged), the public-view canaries (GS01-staged) and the outbox failure injection (GS13-staged) before the step’s exit evidence is recorded. Step 11 reruns every scenario that has a “Needs later steps” entry on one named integrated build.
