GGA issue plan (dry run, not filed)
Work package R8, part 1. Repository ftbc1/gga, assignee kedarvijaykulkarni. 39 issues: 13 epics, 15 decision issues, 11 child issues (Steps 01 to 03 only; later steps are created just in time). Machine-readable plan: GGA-ISSUE-PLAN.json (shape read by scripts/ai_ops/file_issues.py).
This plan replaces ISSUE-PLAN.* (1.3, superseded, must not be filed). Nothing is filed until the owner approves this plan and the staged notes it cites are moved into place (the issue bodies point at 06-Scenarios/, 07-Decisions/ and 05-Implementation-Order/ paths that exist only after the moves). File with python scripts/ai_ops/file_issues.py Brain/GGA-Exchange-Vault/12-Development/Planning/GGA-ISSUE-PLAN.json (dry run) and --apply after approval.
Child issues are the scenarios whose primary step is 01 to 03 and whose status rule in Dependency-and-Regression-Table-staged is Eligible. Legacy T and DG scenarios that follow a replacing GS scenario are listed in that GS issue, not filed separately. Decision issues cover GL01 to GL08 and GQ01 to GQ07; Q01 to Q25 and D01 to D10 are filed when a step needs them.
