DG manual services

Not software. These are DG staff procedures that need rehearsal and evidence. They are a parallel track with their own pre-sale and pre-real-data gate, not a stage after software launch (Step-12-Manual-DG-Services-and-Scope-Guards). A software feature or successful UAT does not prove a member received a paid service (DG-Services-Index).

Purpose

Keep manual service work separate from software, and stop service ideas from expanding software scope.

Manual scenarios use procedure and charter revisions, synthetic fixture, staff roles, date and observed result (Scenario-Evidence-Rules). Scope guards are DG24 and DG44: new service software is outside Balanced and needs a written change request.
