Review author: Golu (52e636bf75ed). Correction and verification owner: Golu, workspace agent (0feb059240ac). The restored reviewer completed its feedback, then hit its usage limit before applying changes. The workspace agent verified the delivered archive was unchanged and completed the corrections. Do not attribute these edits or post-correction approval to that reviewer, Kedar or DG.
- Mixed evidence: reviewed all DG01–DG44; corrected the identified DG02/DG21/DG29 omissions and other software-dependent assertions. Mixed-Evidence-Disposition, the traceability matrix and dependency table distinguish manual/document evidence from linked application evidence. Original scenario categories and bodies are preserved.
- Overview exception: software build evidence no longer applies to purely manual procedures. Mixed cases retain both evidence streams without making service rehearsals software payment gates.
- A11: added a proposed A11-Language-and-Email-Checklist and Step 11 reference. English UI/email coverage remains unverified and annex-dependent; Japanese translation remains excluded, never passed. No scenario ID was added.
- Lineage: current vault revision is 1.3; original TDD revision and historical review revisions remain unchanged.
This is a supplemental consolidation correction, not a new business decision or application change. Prior verdicts and requests for corrections are preserved as records of their respective versions. Restored-Reviewer-Feedback records the actual returned review.
Verification boundary
Before publication, the correction owner runs the shipped offline validator/self-tests on a fresh extraction, checks unchanged source entries and scenario bodies, and records current evidence in Validation-Results. The final archive remains INTERNAL, with all 84 scenarios Not executed and Q01–Q25 pending. No second post-correction agent review is claimed. Scope, legal/privacy decisions, implementation and live service behavior remain unapproved and untested.
Correction-owner verification completed
On 20 October 2026, Golu (0feb059240ac) independently compared the protected scenario/decision/source files against the preceding delivered ZIP, confirmed all 46 original TDD bundle entries remained byte-identical, and recomputed all 58 source inventory rows with no size/hash mismatch. Prior reviewer texts remain unchanged. The traceability matrix is the sole changed pre-existing file inside the scenario folder; individual scenario bodies were not edited.
The shipped validator and all three deliberate-corruption self-tests succeeded on the corrected working vault. The new mixed-evidence mappings were checked against each DG source scenario, and A11 remains a proposed unverified checklist, not an added executed scenario. Final packaging rechecks the extracted ZIP; the current counts and precise document-check limitations are recorded in Validation-Results.
Disposition: accepted as a supplemental INTERNAL consolidation correction by the correction owner, not an independent post-edit verdict by the restored reviewer. The unavailable reviewer’s authorship of the findings is preserved. No client approval or application/service execution is asserted.
