What the GGA documents say
The listing lifecycle is specified: draft, in review, published, changes requested, expired or paused, closed or rejected; the owner can pause or close immediately; paused or expired listings block new interests and show a non-sensitive unavailable notice; closed or rejected reopening needs review and a new expiry (p. 5). The question-thread parts have no GGA feedback.
