Balanced software (proposed)
- Invitation-only English responsive web application, built as the production foundation.
- Company accounts, one company per user, fixed roles (owner/admin, approver, contributor, viewer), assignment and reassignment.
- Opportunity drafts, immutable versions, version-bound approvals, publication, pause and close.
- Search, filters and one transparent rule-based recommendation with evidence and gaps.
- Private questions without posting, approved expressions of interest, separate discussions, next actions.
- Four immediate business-event emails with safe links; in-app pending/overdue list.
- Small DG membership approval/revocation tool with administrator MFA; DG sees metadata only.
- Isolation, audit, retry safety, backup restore test and handover. See Implementation-Order-Overview.
Manual DG services (proposed, not software)
Vetting checklist and dated verification statements; pointers to published opportunities; consent-based introductions; requested office hours and weekly sessions; advisory first-offer feedback; newsletters and tradeshow information; copy checks for public placements; service ledger, receipts and complaints. Additional software scope (not included)
DG joining private threads or reading bodies; DG acting on a company’s behalf; formal in-product DG publication review; DG service dashboard or ledger software; cross-company overdue monitoring; paid priority or exclusivity logic; automated introductions; self-service news/offers CMS, boosted posts, analytics or integrations; document-upload/verification engines; registry integrations; consent portal.
Outside every tier
Native apps, offline mode, billing and success fees, contracts and payments, document rooms/NDA/e-signature, full CRM, WhatsApp/LINE/voice, external event radar and scraping, automated registry verification, legal opinions, penetration testing, member recruitment, any guarantee of partnerships or revenue.

Guards: DG24 and DG44 test that service ideas do not silently expand software scope.
