A11 coverage disposition — proposed, not executed
Japanese opportunity translation is excluded from Balanced. Its original full-scope A11 is not claimed unchanged, covered by English-only checks or passed. The Balanced architecture retains an English-UI and immediate-email confirmation under D07; the checklist below makes that proposed amendment traceable without adding or renumbering any of the 84 scenarios.
Primary review step: Step-11-UAT-and-Release, after screens and email rendering exist (Steps 04–09). Policy: D07 in Proposal-Decisions-D01-D10, Q07 for the immediate-event/recipient policy, Q11 for acceptance authority. DG must confirm the applicable Balanced annex and reviewer before these become an acceptance oracle. Until then the checklist is proposed and coverage is unresolved/unverified.
