What changesRegistration is open to verified users who create a company or accept an owner-issued invitation; it is not invitation-only. A matching email domain never grants access. The single-membership constraint is retained; whether one user may hold several memberships is open.

The 1.3 text below is kept verbatim as history. Where the disposition is Reframed, Superseded or Parked it is not the GGA oracle; use the replacing scenario. A Parked scenario has no GGA feedback and stays a Proposed carry-forward. The status stays Not executed. Register: Scenario-Dispositions.

Given

A user is uninvited; another user already has active membership in A. Two valid invitations compete for a previously unassigned user.

When

Attempt uninvited registration; accept a second-company invitation; race the two invitations.

Then / oracle

No uninvited membership or second active company membership is created. One atomic outcome wins in the race; no silent transfer or company switcher appears. Denials do not change existing assignments.

Evidence required

Membership constraints and transaction outcomes; safe invitation responses; audit without invitation tokens.

Decision dependency (verbatim)

Q01: reject second membership by default; company transfer is not included.
