Compact opportunities and interest

Direct owner authorization: use the attached mixed-project Marathi/English discussion to create another option, using judgment and few questions. The user then explicitly authorized ChatGPT sign-in to inspect the reference and requested Chrome. The discussion is interpreted as requirements for a reversible prototype, not DG approval.

Artifact: prototype/opportunities-interest-flow/index.html. New standalone folder. Ten synthetic opportunities; compact default table, small profile shield beside the title, direct category/location filters, cards and numbered pagination. Full public-summary details precede I’m interested. Previous samples remain unchanged.

Client journey sketches — 2026-10-25

Direct owner request: hand-drawn-style journeys so the client can understand how the current opportunities option works. Created a separate eight-page A3 landscape PDF with screen sketches/arrows, one master overview, and dedicated discovery, visitor, free-member, paid-member, GGA-assistance, membership-option and recovery/back paths. Individual PNGs, editable SVGs, a local gallery and a client ZIP accompany it under output/pdf/gga-opportunities-journeys/. Generator: prototype/opportunities-interest-flow/client-journeys/build_journeys.py.

The pack uses current source behavior and reserved fictional examples, not raw vault evidence. It keeps information requests separate from direct applications, assistance separate from membership, details before interest, explicit contact/profile-sharing permission, and live sending/payment outside the current demo. Membership prices/eligibility and policy conflicts below remain unresolved. The overview says routing is based on access rather than implying an unrestricted access choice.

Verification: eight PDF pages, expected titles, page numbers and text-within-page checks; all eight pages rendered with Poppler at 110 DPI and visually reviewed. Tight form spacing and thin paragraph rendering were corrected before final delivery. verification.json records the source SHA-256 values and rendering disposition; a contact sheet supports review. No application runtime change, provider call, private data, publication, issue or PR for this document task. Application tests were not rerun. Next: client walkthrough using the overview, then the relevant actor path; resolve the already-recorded policy conflicts before production integration.

Follow-up owner request: consolidated all eight numbered journeys into one portrait, hand-drawn-style client map, with a separate proposed system data-flow section. Outputs are under output/pdf/gga-opportunities-journeys/one-page/: one-page PDF, 2160 x 3600 PNG, approximately 1.1 MB WhatsApp JPG, editable SVG and a suggested sharing caption. The original eight-sheet pack is preserved. Source: client-journeys/build_one_page.py and export_one_page.py in the prototype folder. Content distinguishes information enquiries, applications and assistance; current-demo confirmations remain separate from the proposed live backend. The system section follows 02-Architecture/API-and-Request-Pipeline, Data-Model and Notifications-and-Outbox: approval precedes publication, visibility precedes search/counts/pagination, record and queued notification save together, and delivery rechecks access. WhatsApp delivery remains optional and unresolved. One-page count, text/card bounds, font embedding and image decoding/size checks succeeded; latest PDF raster and JPG visually reviewed without clipping or overlap. Poppler emitted fallback font warnings for unused Symbol/ArialUnicode configuration; used text renders correctly. No application behavior, integrated scenario status or policy decision changed. No new issue/PR or publication for this document task; next action is the client walkthrough.

Client map styling follow-up (2026-10-26): created a fully handwritten-text variant at output/pdf/gga-opportunities-journeys/one-page/handwritten/GGA-Opportunities-One-Page-Map-Handwritten.pdf, preserving the original PDF. Generator option: build_one_page.py --handwritten. All body labels now use embedded Segoe Print with slightly rougher pen lines. Whitespace-normalized PDF text matches the original exactly; one-page/card bounds checks succeeded and the 2160 x 3600 raster was visually reviewed without clipping or overlap. Document-only; no application tests repeated, policy changes or new issue/PR. Ready for client sharing.

Company identity and motion refinement — 2026-10-24

Direct owner authorization: implement the supplied image/research direction across the full local journey, retaining current background colors and the simple flow. Added locally bundled Manrope variable typography (Google Fonts source, included SIL Open Font License), circular synthetic company initials with attached profile-verification badges, bold opportunity titles and quiet company subtitles. The same identity appears in table/cards, detail publisher, enquiry/application context and confirmations. Grouped the directory into a rounded surface and refined membership/dialog/forms consistently. No real portraits, funds-verification claims, fees or entitlement decisions were introduced.

Native View Transitions progressively animate card/table switching and route changes, with stable names for company marks. Browsers without the API retain normal navigation and CSS entrances; reduced-motion skips the native path and disables nonessential motion. New clicks/keystrokes interrupt an ongoing transition. Result entrances remain finite and there is no simulated network wait. Header and body background palette remain unchanged; the rendered body color matches the prior rgb(250, 249, 252).

Evidence: two new test cases first failed before implementation, then eleven tests completed successfully, including identity continuity, native transition wiring, interruption and reduced-motion bypass. Rendered review covers 22 states at 320/887/1280px, reports no automated axe WCAG A/AA violations or horizontal overflow, confirms the local font loaded in each state and records no browser errors. Reports and identity-*.png previews are in the option folder. Contrast incompletes remain manual-review items; OS-level preference switching, full screen-reader/zoom/text-spacing checks and Chrome-specific compatibility are not verified. Earlier evidence below is historical and does not certify the new revision.

The journey, country expansion, pagination and synthetic contact/application behavior are retained. Security §13 disposition and unresolved access/automation policies below remain unchanged. No production backend, publication, commit or PR is added. Brain/TODO updated; client walkthrough and remaining manual accessibility review are next.

Modern design refinement

Latest direct owner request: remove Save, support larger lists, and modernize every screen while preserving a simple journey. Removed all saved-item controls/state. Added numbered pagination rather than infinite loading so users can return to a known position: 6/12/24 per page, result ranges, bounded page links, safe page clamping, page retention across views/details and page reset after filters/sort. This supersedes earlier saved-item descriptions below.

Reviewed the explicitly supplied Product Hunt Loopple page, including its visible restrained surfaces/pills and published hover rules. Implemented original shared styling across directory, details, visitor/free contact forms, paid review, separate assistance, confirmations and native dialogs. Added row/focus highlights, raised cards, arrow transitions and finite staggered entrances; reduced-motion CSS removes animations/transitions. No fake network delay. Preview notices now expire and clear on navigation rather than covering subsequent screens.

Evidence: two new behavior expectations first failed against the old implementation, then the full nine-test suite completed successfully. Pagination fixture has 160 synthetic records and checks retention, size changes, filter/sort resets, bounds and data shrinkage. Browser review records 23 desktop/320px states with no automated axe WCAG A/AA violations or page overflow, plus empty error logs. Contrast incompletes remain manual-review items, and OS-level reduced-motion, screen-reader, zoom and Chrome-specific checks are untested. Reports/screenshots are in the option folder; no conformance or integrated scenario acceptance is claimed. Prior country-growth behavior remains covered.

Security and policy boundaries below remain unchanged. This local visual option is not backend integration, DG policy approval or publication. Brain/TODO updated in the same change; no issue/PR created. Next action: client walkthrough, then resolve the recorded access/automation conflicts before production integration.

Discussion interpretation

Latest country-expansion refinement: replaces the static regional label and hardcoded selector with a dynamic coverage count and options derived from available opportunity data. Core countries retain a configurable priority group; all other represented countries are alphabetical. A new country requires a data addition, not a page redesign. Names are trimmed/deduplicated, selection persists, and the native select supports keyboard type-ahead. This supersedes the earlier fixed country-label correction below while keeping South Korea prominent in the filter. Production must use canonical country identifiers and apply server-side eligibility before deriving choices/counts; this is not an administration or launch-policy implementation.

Evidence for expansion: a new regression test first failed against the static selector, then verified an Australian fixture automatically updates coverage from seven to eight, filtering/cards/details and deduplication. All eight tests complete successfully; desktop/320px country UI has zero reported axe violations and no mobile overflow. Normal sample data remains ten opportunities in seven countries. Reports/screenshots are saved in the prototype folder.

Country correction: GGA-Requirement-Register REQ-001 identifies India, Japan and South Korea as the platform’s core countries; REQ-006 names Japan/South Korea sourcing partners. The compact option already had a South Korea filter and Seoul example, but omitted South Korea from the visible regional label. The label now names all three countries on desktop/mobile, and the location selector lists them first. No sourcing operations, recurring sessions or translation scope is added by this display correction.

The current-project discussion asks for denser discovery, fewer lines per row and less repeated description, while retaining readable text, filters and View details. It retains a short details step. Visitors/free members can request information via WhatsApp/email; paid members can apply with prefilled profile data; GGA assistance is a separate enquiry and agreement. Authentication and membership entitlement are modeled separately. Other-project onboarding/agreements and personal/account coordination are excluded.

The prototype provides three reviewer-selectable access states. Visitor request collects name and preferred contact channel, free-member request prefills synthetic data, paid interest reviews an existing profile before confirmation. Assistance has a distinct scope enquiry. Only a simulated outcome/channel is kept in memory; no contact or enquiry body is persisted or transmitted. Follow-up examples are generic and link to the opportunity.

Policy conflicts retained

GGA-Requirement-Register REQ-018 defers WhatsApp automation; REQ-106 makes optional channels non-blocking. Message previews here do not implement automation. REQ-005/021/022 separate public/member/restricted projections; this prototype only contains fictional public content. REQ-154 preserves access independently of contributions; the discussion’s proposed paid-membership access must not silently alter contribution rules. Verification criteria, membership prices, sender permissions and service scope/agreements remain unresolved. Q02, Q05, Q08 and Q09 are not resolved by the design.

Reference/access limits

Latest owner direction: ignore the external URL and proceed using design judgment. The discussion is the active brief; reference inspection is no longer required. The access attempts below are historical context only.

Reference: https://gga-opportunity-flow.tealmug130.chatgpt.site/. It required sign-in; authorized in-app sign-in reached an OpenAI login form without a usable session. On the user’s Chrome request, the browser connector reported Chrome unavailable. Windows Computer Use then stopped because it could not establish the browser URL safely. No further Windows input was attempted. The reference was not inspected; no visual claims derive from it. Work continued independently on the local source and DOM tests.

Evidence and next action

Seven Node/jsdom tests completed successfully: immediate filters, card view, save/navigation state, invalid/missing contact and consent, international phone validation, prefilled free/paid review, separate assistance scope, direct-completion recovery and structural axe checks over ten states. JSON report is saved with the prototype. Syntax and whitespace checks completed without errors. These are not rendered-browser checks: color contrast is excluded, and actual reflow, native dialog focus, keyboard traversal, zoom and screen-reader checks remain. No integrated scenario status changes or conformance claim.

Security §13 disposition: no real data/secrets/message logging or provider calls; input bounds and native labeled controls are present. Server authorization, private-data eligibility, denial semantics/cross-company tests, idempotency/outbox/audit mutations do not apply to the synthetic UI. No posture change.

No new issue/PR, commit or publication. Next eligible action: owner/client walkthrough, reference comparison when accessible, rendered desktop/mobile accessibility QA, and resolution of access/automation conflicts before production work.

Whole-vault self-test: exit 1, three deliberate mutations detected. Report saved under the new prototype’s verification folder; existing vault-wide evidence findings remain outside this UI task.

Rendered review after the owner withdrew the reference

The independent local in-app browser review succeeded. Tightened introduction spacing and table row padding while retaining visible filters and readable titles. Saved browser report covers 18 desktop states with zero reported axe A/AA violations and one assistance-state manual contrast flag. Six distinct core screens at 320px had no page overflow or reported violations. Visitor validation and request, paid-member confirmation, assistance enquiry/ending and native Help/Escape were checked. No browser errors recorded. Screenshots and JSON are saved in the prototype folder. Earlier DOM-only verification limits are superseded for these observed states; full screen-reader, zoom, text-spacing and Chrome-specific checks remain.

Next eligible action is the client walkthrough of the compact option and resolution of the recorded policy conflicts before production implementation. The external reference is not a prerequisite.

Publication (2026-10-24)

Owner-requested: committed and published on the internal site at /prototype/opportunities-interest-flow/ (issue #35). deploy/vault/build-site.sh copies only the page, scripts, styles and local font; previews, tests, preview server and verification output stay in the repository. Earlier “no publication/commit/PR” statements above describe their revisions. Publication is not DG approval; the site stays behind Cloudflare Access.
