Given
Company member leaves with assigned questions, drafted interest and next actions.
When
Revoke membership, inspect unassigned-work queue and reassign as authorised admin.
Then / oracle
No future access remains for the removed user. Work is visible to authorised admin for explicit reassignment, not orphaned or automatically granted to all members. History retains original actor; immutable versions are not rewritten.
Evidence required
Unassigned-item inventory; admin and unrelated-user access checks; immutable history and reassignment audit.
Decision dependency (verbatim)
Q02/Q07/Q09: reassignment owner, retention exceptions and whether any automatic fallback is approved.
