| What changes | Audience and status filtering before search, counts and pagination is kept in full; SQL filtering is enough initially. |
The 1.3 text below is kept verbatim as history. Where the disposition is Reframed, Superseded or Parked it is not the GGA oracle; use the replacing scenario. A Parked scenario has no GGA feedback and stays a Proposed carry-forward. The status stays Not executed. Register: Scenario-Dispositions.
Given
Fixtures include live, draft, paused and closed opportunities plus private B/C canaries; results span multiple pages.
When
Query each filter, empty results, page boundary and combined search; repeat with unapproved/removed membership.
Then / oracle
Only eligible published opportunities contribute to discovery, counts and snippets. Ordering/pagination does not repeat or skip within the chosen snapshot contract. An empty result states no supported result, not a promised match.
Evidence required
Expected permitted-ID set and count; complete pagination comparison; forbidden-field scan.
Decision dependency (verbatim)
Q03: live-only search and snapshot/cursor semantics; archived engagement links remain authorised.
