Given

Call is active; one participant or unverified sender requests stop while disclosure is pending.

When

Pause affected session/case disclosures; verify durable instruction through trusted authorised route.

Then / oracle

Protective hold happens immediately without waiting for admin proof. No ledger release, membership change or permanent consent change from unknown sender. Revalidate before resuming. Hold is scoped to affected matter; no global stop of unrelated clients. Record hold separately from company instruction; Q14 sets resume authority and prompt verification/review window against hold abuse.

Evidence required

Pause/hold time, affected items, verification trail and authorised resume/cancel; no disclosure during hold.

Decision dependency (verbatim)

Q14/Q18: authorised representatives, containment and resumption owner.
