What the GGA documents say
One one-hour online session every two weeks and one major event every six months are fixed commitments; occurrences, registration, capacity, waitlist, reminders, recordings only with permission (pp. 1, 9). Weekly sessions and higher-tier sessions of 1.3 are replaced; no one-to-one mentoring.
Source class: client-supplied design proposal or proposed default unless stated; GGA acceptance is not recorded. See GGA-Requirement-Register.
Rule or question as proposed in 1.3 (kept as history)
Weekly member cadence proposal; quantity, schedule, audience, capacity, provider/privacy controls, recording/bots, accessible alternative, coverage, cancellation/no-show and remedy. Higher-tier DG sessions separate from counterpart meetings.
Still open
Accessibility alternative and provider privacy controls for sessions; guest access and separate event charges are launch decisions.
Scenarios that depend on this decision (1.3 IDs, unchanged)
DG31, DG32, DG33, DG43, DG44. Their dispositions are set in work package R4.
