Assumptions: two dedicated experienced engineers; engineer-led QA; one consolidated DG testing round; no migration, SSO, external integration or penetration test; services DG-funded (illustrative stack $75–95/month for Optimized without AI; Balanced needs a worker/queue budget not yet verified).
