What the GGA documents say
Onboarding is verified registration, company creation or owner-issued invitation, draft save, required-field checklist, attestation and eligibility evaluation; disputed ownership goes to operations; an operations hold is the administrative exception (pp. 3, 4, 10).
Source class: client-supplied design proposal or proposed default unless stated; GGA acceptance is not recorded. See GGA-Requirement-Register.
Rule or question as proposed in 1.3 (kept as history)
Confirm recipient/claim checks, guest/pending/approved/rejected/revoked operations; own draft/status/corrections, reapplication and intake retention. No new public page/export assumed.
Still open
Retention of intake data and re-application after rejection (carried).
