GGA service journey (formerly “DG service journey”)
Sources: Blueprint pp. 2, 8, 9 (GGA-Requirement-Register). “DG” in 1.3 notes means GGA. The 1.3 journey described paid manual DG services sold to members. The GGA documents contain no per-service sale; they describe one shared service journey.

What happens to the 1.3 service stages
| 1.3 stage | Disposition |
|---|---|
| Invitation and assisted onboarding (S08-Invitation-and-Onboarding) | Superseded by verified registration and onboarding rules; guidance for incomplete profiles is a software behaviour |
| Verification (S09-Limited-Verification-and-First-Offer-Advice) | Reframed: evidence status recorded as supplied versus GGA-checked; a complete profile is not labelled verified. The “not a LinkedIn badge” honesty statement is kept |
| First-offer advisory | Reframed: operations listing review checks completeness and authority; advisory feedback has no GGA feedback and is a Proposed carry-forward |
| Sessions (S10-Sessions-Tier-and-Partner-Assistance) | Superseded by the fortnightly session and six-monthly event programme; no one-to-one mentoring |
| Partner assistance | Reframed: country partners source and maintain listings; no guaranteed deal |
| Newsletters and tradeshows (S11-Newsletters-and-Tradeshow-Information) | No GGA feedback; Proposed carry-forward, optional and separately opted in |
| Offers, news, backlinks, social (S12-Offers-News-Backlinks-and-Social) | Public projection and social previews use approved fields only; automatic social publishing is deferred; other items Proposed carry-forward |
| Withdrawal and failure (S13-Withdrawal-Failure-and-Receipts) | Reframed: consent withdrawal, listing closure, honest history of what was already shared. The complaint route and service dashboard of the 1.3 journey have no GGA feedback: Proposed carry-forward, with disputed identity or capability claims going to operations review (Blueprint p. 4) |
Honesty findings kept from 1.3: a feature or a successful acceptance test does not prove a member received a benefit; review is not independent verification; no deal is guaranteed.
