Status. Proposed design only. Nothing in this vault is GGA client approval. The GGA client documents are supplied drafts: see GGA-Source-Digest. No application, service or test has been executed; every scenario is Not executed. Delivery fees and dates are open.
Language and email coverage checklist
Proposed, not executed. Sources: Blueprint pp. 10, 16, 17 (GGA-Requirement-Register); 1.3 checklist pattern kept.
Position. English is the default interface. The system stores user language preferences and Unicode content for Japanese and Korean so reviewed translations can be added later without changing the data model; a multilingual interface is not required in release one (Blueprint p. 10). Japanese or Korean interface text is therefore excluded and not claimed as passed. Business-supplied content is not automatically translated. AI translation is optional and its output stays a draft until approved (Blueprint p. 7).
| Proposed check | Planned evidence | Disposition |
|---|---|---|
| English interface across public, member, partner, operations and finance screens, including empty, loading, validation, locked, expired and retry states | Named-build checklist with representative roles and synthetic data | Not executed |
| Unicode round trip for Japanese and Korean names, titles and descriptions in profiles, listings, search and email | Fixture content stored, rendered and searched | Not executed |
| Message templates are non-sensitive and link to the authenticated portal | Template snapshots from the provider sink linked to T34 and the reminder jobs | Not executed |
| Timezone-aware times in session and event messages | Fixture occurrences in several timezones | Not executed |
| Marketing permission separate from operational notices | Preference fixtures | Not executed |
| Translation boundary | Annex records Japanese and Korean interface text unavailable, not tested as an implemented feature and not passed | Documentary disposition pending |
Carried from the 1.3 checklist: account and security email stays separate from business notifications; permission-denied screens and email links must preserve the access rules whatever the language (kept under T25, T27, T34); the 1.3 four-immediate-event policy is superseded by the job catalogue in Notifications-and-Outbox. Do not infer multilingual support, AI translation or new channels (WhatsApp, social publishing). This checklist is documentation coverage, not an implemented feature, an executed test or a settled GGA decision. Back to Acceptance-Gates-A01-A11 and Traceability-Matrix.
